  1. Ok...what's the deal with the gum? I chew gum all the time! Even on the Biggest Loser they always say to chew gum to curb hunger. So I need more info on this no gum chewing!!

  2. It's not about curbing hunger. When you chew gum, you take in more air, which in turn, causes belly bloat!
