Chinese Chicken Salad
3-4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1 lb spaghetti, cooked al-dente (drain and rinse in cold water)
2 pkg cole slaw mix (diced cabbage, carrots & red cabbage/no dressing) found by the salad mixes
2 small cans of mandarins, drained
2 bunches green onion, chopped
1 1/3 cup slivered almonds (6 oz package)
1 bottle Newman's Own Lighten Up Sesame Ginger Dressing
Toss everything together and enjoy!
Warning, this makes a HUGE batch! Like enough to feed an ARMY. I usually make a 1/2 batch, halving all the ingredients, but using the full pound of spaghetti.
